To make text be diffrent then you have set in the css you have to use style tags, check em out:

I am red

I am blue

I am big

Or we can change the background color by putting a style tag inside the body. Like you see above.

Okay, so this is something useful, but also easily abused. If i say WHO was founded in 1948. you are going to know that it probably means 
World Health Organization, right?
But google is dumb, so they dont know that. Thats is why we need to say that WHO was founded in 1948. See what ive done their? That lets us add secret text for the engine to read. 
Now google knows that WHO means World Health Organization
Im not sure why the text here is teeny tiny. 
This is an easy way to get backward text. BOOM all the people making websites with ads that just do this.
